How to Setup and Install Apps2Fire On your Phone
We will use the Kodi application as an example to show you how to sideload apps onto your Firestick using your phone or tablet, but feel free to install any other app you prefer.
Note: Not every app works properly when installed on your Firestick. Let’s take apps that are developed only for portrait mode. They won’t show correctly on a TV screen. That’s why most of the Firestick users want to install only streaming, news, and gaming apps on their device.
1. Turn on your Android phone or tablet and launch FileLinked. If you haven’t installed FileLinked, check this guide.

If, for any possible reason, App2Fire can’t detect your Firestick, you have to add the Firestick Address IP manually.

8. Go to FireStick’s homepage, and click on Settings -> My Fire TV option.

Now you can see your Firestick IP Address.
11. Write down manually the IP Address on the Apps2Fire app.

12. Search again in the toolbar and select “LOCAL APPS.”
Look for Kodi and click on it.
13. Hit Install.
At this point, Kodi should automatically transfer onto your Firestick device!
14. If an error like this one shown in the photo below appears, just click on the small checkbox on your Firestick and hit the Approve button.
After the installation is completed, you will see a confirmation message on your phone and on your Firestick screen.
16. Look for Kodi on your Firestick device apps. Launch Kodi and enjoy it!
